Supply and forwarding expenses

We raise usually independently of the purchase order value a forwarding expenses lump sum (insured dispatch) at a value of 5,50 euro. Thereby the resulting costs of postage and packing are covered only partly, the remainder take over we for you.

Starting from a purchase order value of more than 40 euro we supply your order forwarding expenses-free within Germany.

Consider please: In order to protect the Diskretion, a different sender is noted on the package. There is no hint on Femme Fatale or Alexandra Gentara on your package to ensure discretion. So even your curious neighbour won't find out about your delivery :)

During payment by cash on delivery an additional collection fee at a value of 4 euro becomes due, additionally raises the German post office AG a transmission payment from at present 2 euro, which will retain directly from the zusteller. Please note that cash on delivery is only available for German addresses.

With the dispatch abroad European we compute a forwarding expenses lump sum at a value of 8,50 euro. Please note that in the case of supplies into Switzerland or any other Non-EU country additional customs duties and taxes result. If we should have to make partial deliveries of your order, you of course have to pay for the delivery only once.

Delivery times

Orders are usually delivered the next working day after payment. You will receive an automatic E-Mail after your order has been put, and you will also receive an E-Mail from us when we sent your package. Please let us know if you wish to track your parcel, we will provide you with a tracking number in that case. We deliver with DHL who take 3-5 working days into EU countries and 7-10 working days into Non-EU countries and overseas. You can choose premium delivery if you want to, please send us an E-Mail to find out about the higher shipping rates then.

If an ordered article should not be available once (e.g. due to delivery bottlenecks), we will immediately inform you. With articles, which are marked in the Shop by longer delivery time (e.g. 1-2 weeks), we inform you before dispatching the commodity by E-Mail about the lining up dispatch.
